Revenue is derived through advertising and sponsored content, and cable/satellite providers pay Fox for the right to carry KMSP on their platforms. Each major Fox station generates, on average, over $100 million each year in profit, which means about $40 million for majority shareholder and owner Rupert Murdoch. Fox inflates both the wallets and egos of billionaires and enough is enough.
