Thousands came together yesterday in grief and solidarity after the killing of Renee Nicole Good. Claims that this was “self-defense” do not hold up to the facts as we know them. What happened to Renee demands a full, transparent investigation and real accountability.
We will not be silent or move on. We will continue to organize, to show up, and to demand justice for Renee and for every community harmed by unchecked violence and abuse of power. Our city deserves safety, dignity, and humanity for all.
